Fundraising Opportunities
The Lakes Region Youth Hockey Association optional fundraisers can help reduce the cost or your tuition, provide a credit for next year or a rebate on this year’s tuition. While the cash calendars is our mandatory and largest fundraiser, these optional fundraisers can help offset the cost of your tuition, help you purchase new equipment and help support LRYHA at the same time. All fundraisers help keep our tuitions among the lowest in the state.
Here’s how it works. Simply get the friends, family, neighbors, etc to participate by purchasing the products in our optional fundraisers through you or online. If they do it online, please have them enter your USA Hockey Number. They will need to do this in order for you to get credit. It’s that simple. Send out a link to your entire contact list with a note asking them to please support you and the Lakes Region Youth Hockey Association by participating on our fundraisers - http://lryha.org/page.php?page_id=16005 to our fundraising page or have them visit www.lryhal.org and click on the fundraising opportunities on the left hand margin. Tell everyone to enter your USA Hockey Number when prompted and then purchase the products they want. It’s a win – win. They get the products they love and use, you get credit and LRYHA benefits.

LRYHA Members obtaining Sponsorships can receive tuition credits of 25% of the amount of the sponsorship up to but not exceeding the amount of their tuition. Here is how it works. LRYHA Member solicits and receives a sponsorship or has a personal or team sponsor sign up on line. Once the sponsorship monies are received, the member receives a tuition credit for this year or next year’s tuition. Credits cannot exceed the amount of the total tuition but the enterprising member can earn credits up to the total amount of their tuition and skate for free.
