Mandatory Fund Raiser

 

All Cash Calendars due by November 20, 2010

RULES:   The LRYHA Cash Calendar is our primary fundraiser and is mandatory for all LRYHA travel team members but participation is encouraged by all.  Each Calendar has a cost of ten dollars ($10.00) and each player must sell twenty (20) cash calendars for an equivelant of $200.00. Members recieving sholarship money are required to sell forty (40) cash calendars for an equivelant of $400.00.

Players can opt out of this fundraiser simpy by paying the two hundred dollars but we would suggest you put your name on each calendar so that you still have a chance to win.  With $4700.00 dollars in prize money and 31 winners, the more you enter, the higher your chances of winning.

This years cash calendar will be handed out at the start of the season and the drawings are for the month of December. Drawings for each week will take place each Friday until the end of the campaign and drawn in order of date with the largest prize falling on Christmas day. Winners will be posted on our website by Monday at the latest but should be on as early as Saturday.  Checks will be mailed out on the week following the drawing. 

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL CALENDARS:  Any member electing to sell additional calendars can do so and recieve either a credit on tuition (this year or next) or a rebate on tuition already paid.  Members electing to sell addtional calendars above the required amount will recieve a 25% credit or rebate of the total amount sold.
